What the customer needed
The homeowner wanted roof runoff collected around the full house, with extra attention to the front and back porches and discharge kept away from the foundation.
What shaped the plan
The single-story red-brick home has a shingle roof with an approximately 4-on-12 pitch. Long roof edges serve the garage, front porch, rear living area, and covered patio during heavy Willis rain.
The system and the reasoning
Mac recommended black 6-inch seamless aluminum gutters around the home with matching 3-by-4 downspouts spaced at roughly 30-foot intervals. The roof was not surrounded by trees, so gutter guards were not part of this installation.
What dcGutterPRO completed
dcGutterPRO installed black 6-inch seamless aluminum gutters around the red-brick home and added matching 3-by-4 downspouts along the garage, side walls, rear roofline, and covered patio. No gutter guards were installed.
How the finished system came together
The black system gives the red brick, dark siding, and roof edge one consistent finish from the garage to the covered patio. Downspouts at the corners give the long gutter runs clear routes to ground level and keep the porch openings free of exposed roof runoff.
