What We Offer
Our seamless designed gutters are cut and rolled on-site and perfectly crafted for a precise fit with the soffit and fascia of your house or building.
The most popular gutter covers we use are the Smart Flow and Raytec Leaf Guard Systems. These are also known as gutter guard, leaf guard, leaf screen and more.
Under the roof's edge is where the soffit and fascia boards are located. Before we install our seamless gutters, we sometimes recommend replacing or repairing rotted fascia boards to ensure the gutters will have adequate support.
When we are conducting a free estimate, this will allow us to examine and point out any areas that may be a cause for concern or require maintenance and attention. However, in some cases, if you already have existing gutters on your home, sometimes there can be damage to your fascia behind your gutters that we cannot see when conducting a free estimate. In these circumstances, if further damage is found once the old gutter is removed, you may need to repair your roof or fascia prior to the new gutter installation. In most cases we can provide the services to fix these issues at a reasonable additional cost.
While gutter is extremely practical, it is also appealing to the eye. K-style gutter adds a defined and sculptured look to your roof and fascia. We also provide services to install a wide variety of additional decorative gutter accessories like: Rain Chain, Ornamental Downspout Brackets, Gargoyles, Decorative Downspout Extensions, Gutter Medallions, Ornamental Gutter Hangers and Collector Boxes.
There are often times when a drain line needs to be installed in order to get water further away from the house than what an ordinary downspout or downspout extension can. We offer services to install short length drain lines as we work hard to ensure we fit both the needs of your building and your budget. If you require a longer and more advanced drain line, we offer services to provide you with reliable companies that specialize in drain line installation. These drains include: buried flex pipe, above ground flex pipe, buried hard lines, pop-up valves and more.

More About Our Seamless Gutters
There are a number of different companies that provide these customizable gutter supplies. Here at dcGutterPRO we choose Senox Corporation which is a company that exclusively produces gutter items and materials. Senox solely focuses all their attention on producing top quality gutter supplies.
Senox aluminium gutter products have a clear “Shadow Bak” coating which is designed to help your gutters last longer and withstand the harsh and often unpredictable Texas environment. Their distinct “Armor Tough” products come in 3 different colors. These products have an extra tough coating which is designed to protect against scratches from leaves and other foliage. The painted metal on these products is guaranteed to not corrode or rust for at least 50 years! When comparing Senox items to the similar items that are available in their competing companies, we guarantee that Senox products are stronger and more reliable than others. The cost of Senox products is either the same price or less expensive than that of their competitors. Here at dcGutterPRO, we choose Senox Corporation, LLC because of these reasons, and we think you should too! See why Seamless Gutters just makes sense! Visit our Seamless Gutter page.
More About Our Gutter Guards
The gutter's main function is to prevent rain water from causing damage to your home. There are many areas in and throughout Houston that are surrounded by trees which drop foliage and other debris into your gutter. If your gutters become full of leaves and other debris, water that is trying to move through the gutter is not able to flow in the way it is designed to. This results in blockages and other problems that gutters are supposed to prevent from happening.
MacDaniel Dever, the owner of dcGutterPRO wholeheartedly believes that the Smart Flow/Raytec leaf guard is the perfect solution to preventing your gutters from becoming blocked and not functioning the way they should.
Over the years, we have discovered that leaf guards made of vinyl started to deteriorate after just a few years and the gutter screens started to collapse under small amounts of pressure and weight from fallen debris. Both the vinyl and the screens allowed leaves and other debris to rest on top of the gutter causing too much debris to get into the gutter. These then had to be removed in order to clean the gutters much more regularly than most people would like.
While both Smart Flow and Raytec leaf guards allow small amounts of debris to rest on the top of the gutter, these gutter guards only allow tiny pieces of dust and debris to get into the gutter. For many years after the installation of these guards, water is still able to flow through the gutters and exit down through the downspouts exactly as it should. The bits of debris that get caught resting on top of the guards are able to be swept off easily requiring minimal effort to do so.

Once again, however, we also use ABC Supply and Kaycan Building Materials who also have a variety of colors to choose from.
More About Soffit and Fascia
Soffit and fascia help keep the roof of your home well ventilated. The soffit overhangs past your exterior walls and covers the underside of your roof. Inside your roof, heat can have the tendency to build up inside your attic. If this heat is not properly vented, it will break down your roofing shingles which in turn shortens the life of your roof. Soffit also gives a home a more modern and finished look.
The fascia boards are the trim sections that are fitted over the end of your home's exterior walls and serve as a barrier between your roofline and the elements. When we attach gutters to your roof, we attach them to your fascia. It is critical that your fascia is in good condition and strong enough to support gutters once attached. When installing gutters, we use powder-coated, rust-resistant screws with a neoprene washer to ensure no leaks. These screws are long enough to make sure the gutter is attached firmly to the fascia and will remain securely fixed to your home for the duration of the life of your gutter.

Frequently Asked Questons
The gutter industry standard dictates that there should be one 2x3 downspout for every 30 feet and 2 corners. We use 3x4 downspouts here in South Texas to handle the strong rainstorms that we experience.
For a 5 inch gutter, we recommend no less than one downspout for every 32 feet and 2 corners. For 6 inch gutters, we suggest no less than one downspout for every 36 feet and two corners. Other factors that will also determine how many downspouts are required is the shape of your house and your roofline.
We use a 2800 hanger with a rating of 200 lbs each (sometimes stronger, if need be). Industry standard states that the hangers can be spaced 3 to 4 feet apart. However, we like to space our hangers at 16-18 inch intervals for extra support.
The traditional "X" installation for downspouts is very outdated and not recommended. It does not allow the water to drain properly. To avoid leakages, we use purpose-built outlets that fit just inside the downspout. These are oval shaped and are slightly sloped inwards at the end which causes a vortex at the entry of the downspout. This helps water to flow more efficiently and creates a suctioning effect. In turn, the water leaves the gutter at a faster pace which relieves the pressure of the weight the water causes on the fascia.
Once the outlet is fitted inside the gutter we attach the downspout to it using no less than 2 straps per downspout. These straps wrap entirely around the downspout and securely attach to the exterior wall of your home.
Gutter installation can vary significantly and is determined by the size of your house and the gutter footage that is required for your home. Small gutter installations generally take 2 to 4 hours. However, most houses require a full day to completely install the gutter. Occasionally, large gutter installations will take 2 to 3 days.
