What the customer needed
The commercial property needed a damaged downspout replaced after a truck backed into the original conductor and crushed it.
What shaped the plan
The damaged downspout served an existing metal awning over a vehicle area. The replacement needed to fit beside a steel support column and connect the existing gutter outlet to ground level.
The system and the reasoning
Mac specified a commercial-size 4-by-4 steel downspout in beige to replace the crushed conductor while fitting the awning's existing gutter connection and light trim.
What dcGutterPRO completed
dcGutterPRO removed the damaged conductor and installed one beige 4-by-4 steel downspout from the existing metal-awning gutter to the base of the support column. No new gutter system was installed as part of this project.
How the finished system came together
The new beige steel downspout runs cleanly beside the brown support column and coordinates with the awning's light fascia. It replaces the truck-damaged section with a complete, ground-level discharge route while leaving the existing awning and gutter in place.
