Black seamless gutters outlining a two-story white-stucco home and pool courtyard in Spring
The goal

What the customer needed

The homeowner wanted to move roof runoff away from the front and rear courtyards, protect the garden beds, and keep water from collecting around the porches and foundation edges.

At the property

What shaped the plan

The white-stucco home has two-story sections, tall window walls, a shingle roof with an approximately 4-on-12 pitch, several intersecting rooflines, front and rear courtyard spaces, and mature trees around the property.

Mac's recommendation

The system and the reasoning

Mac recommended black 6-inch seamless gutters with matching 3-by-4 downspouts placed around the varied roof edges. Gutter guards were also discussed because of the surrounding trees, but they were not part of the completed installation.

The work

What dcGutterPRO completed

dcGutterPRO installed black 6-inch seamless aluminum gutters around the home and added matching 3-by-4 downspouts at the garage, entry courtyard, side walls, pool courtyard, and covered rear patio.

The result

How the finished system came together

The finished black system follows the home's angular rooflines and complements its dark windows, soffit, and trim against the white stucco. The downspouts create defined discharge routes around both courtyards, the landscaped beds, and the covered outdoor areas.
