The goal

What the customer needed

The project called for a complete drainage system around the park's storage and restroom building to collect metal-roof runoff and direct it away from the foundation without losing the building's clean commercial appearance.

At the property

What shaped the plan

The single-story public park building has a low-slope metal roof, white concrete block walls, stone skirting, multiple doorways, and paved walkways. The exposed roof edge called for a squared gutter profile that suited the architecture.

Mac's recommendation

The system and the reasoning

Mac recommended white 6-inch seamless aluminum box gutters with smooth white 3-by-4 downspouts. The box profile and smooth downspout faces were chosen to complement the building's straight commercial lines.

What dcGutterPRO completed

dcGutterPRO wrapped the Cochrane's Crossing park building with white 6-inch seamless aluminum box gutters and installed smooth white 3-by-4 downspouts at the corners.

The result

How the finished system came together

The finished system sits neatly below the metal roof and mirrors the building's white trim. Smooth corner downspouts carry the squared profile down to the pavement while the stone base remains visually unobstructed.
