What the customer needed
The homeowner wanted roof runoff collected around the full house so water would be moved away from the foundation edge, front and back porches, and garden areas.
What shaped the plan
The single-story brick home has a shingle roof with an approximately 4-on-12 pitch, mature trees around the lot, a front garage and entry, and long side and rear roof edges serving planted areas.
The system and the reasoning
Mac recommended light bronze 6-inch seamless aluminum gutters with matching 3-by-4 downspouts placed at roughly 30-foot intervals. Because mature trees surround the home, he also recommended Smart Flow gutter guards for the new runs.
What dcGutterPRO completed
dcGutterPRO installed a full wrap of light bronze 6-inch seamless aluminum gutters, added matching 3-by-4 downspouts around the home, and fitted Smart Flow guards along the gutter runs.
How the finished system came together
The light bronze finish follows the brick home's front, side, and rear roof edges without competing with the roof and trim. Coordinated corner downspouts connect the continuous runs to ground level, while the roof-level view documents the Smart Flow guards inside the gutters.
