What the customer needed
The customer wanted complete gutter coverage around the new home to keep roof runoff from falling beside the brick walls and foundation.
What shaped the plan
The new single-story brick home sits close to neighboring houses, leaving narrow side yards for downspout placement and discharge. The property did not have established trees affecting the rooflines.
The system and the reasoning
Mac recommended clay 6-inch seamless gutters with 3-by-4 downspouts around the home. With no established tree cover at the new property, gutter guards were not recommended.
What dcGutterPRO completed
dcGutterPRO formed and installed clay 6-inch seamless aluminum gutters around the brick home, then added matching 3-by-4 downspouts at the rear, covered patio, garage side, and narrow side-yard rooflines. No gutter guards were installed.
How the finished system came together
The finished clay system follows the brick roof edges and covered patio in a color that coordinates with the masonry and trim. Matching downspouts carry each run to ground level at the corners, including the tight spaces between neighboring homes.
