What the customer needed
The homeowner wanted runoff moved away from the foundation, front entry, and covered back patio. The layout also needed to keep discharge clear of areas planned for future garden beds.
What shaped the plan
This single-story brown-brick home has a shingle roof with an approximately 4-on-12 pitch, an attached garage, a recessed front porch, and a covered rear patio. Several long roof edges needed continuous collection.
The system and the reasoning
Mac recommended a full wrap of black 6-inch seamless aluminum gutters with matching 3-by-4 downspouts placed at intervals of roughly 30 feet to distribute runoff around the home.
What dcGutterPRO completed
dcGutterPRO installed black 6-inch seamless aluminum gutters around the Venetian Pines home and added matching black 3-by-4 downspouts at the garage, side walls, and covered patio.
How the finished system came together
The black system creates a crisp border between the brown brick, white fascia, and gray roof. The garage, entry, patio, and long side rooflines now connect to a coordinated set of corner downspouts.
