What the customer needed
The homeowner needed to move roof runoff away from the backyard patio and keep water from collecting beside the foundation at the rear of the home.
What shaped the plan
The white-brick home has a shingle roof with an approximately 4-on-12 pitch and a partly two-story rear elevation. Multiple roof sections meet around the covered patio and tall window walls.
The system and the reasoning
Mac recommended black 6-inch seamless gutters with matching 3-by-4 downspouts placed along the rear roof edges to handle the heavy rain common in Conroe.
What dcGutterPRO completed
dcGutterPRO installed black 6-inch seamless aluminum gutters along the covered patio and adjoining rear rooflines, then added matching 3-by-4 downspouts at the patio columns and white-brick wall corners.
How the finished system came together
The finished black system frames the white-brick rear elevation and coordinates with the dark window and door trim. The new gutter runs now collect water above the patio and window walls, while the downspouts provide defined discharge routes at the backyard corners.
