What the customer needed
The owner wanted roof runoff collected and directed away from the workshop foundation to help protect the building and the ground around it.
What shaped the plan
This compact detached workshop has black-and-white metal siding and a metal roof. Water leaves a metal roof quickly during heavy rain, making the gutter and downspout sizing important along both long roof edges.
The system and the reasoning
Mac recommended one black 6-inch seamless gutter run on each long side of the workshop with two black 3-by-4 downspouts. The black finish matches the roof trim and lower wall panels.
What dcGutterPRO completed
dcGutterPRO installed two black 6-inch seamless aluminum gutters and two matching black 3-by-4 downspouts on the black-and-white metal workshop.
How the finished system came together
The black gutters extend the workshop's existing trim line and keep the drainage components visually integrated with the building. Each long metal roof edge now has a dedicated gutter run and corner downspout.
