If the problem is outside Mac's scope
dcGutterPRO does not advertise emergency response, underground drainage, major soffit or fascia replacement, roofing, or general carpentry. Mac will say so directly when the condition needs a drainage, landscape, roof, or structural specialist.

Yes. Visuals taken safely from the ground—especially during the rain event—can help explain an intermittent problem before the visit.
Do you provide emergency service?
No. dcGutterPRO schedules estimates and gutter projects but does not claim emergency response.
Do you offer financing?
Not currently. Mac can explain the scope options in the estimate so you can compare what is necessary and what is optional.
